My approach is all about collaboration, to help you get the most you possibly can for your home while also feeling supported and well represented throughout the process. Anyone can list a home for sale, but not everyone has the skill to navigate the entire process and get to closing day with truly satisfied clients.

My General Process

  1. Schedule a consultation call or a home visit
  2. Home visit, with suggestions for preparation (can provide a connection to trusted contractors/cleaners/stagers if needed). After seeing the home, I can give you a range of value, for what I think the home is worth based on my market analysis. What you list the home at is always your choice, but I’ll certainly provide guidance.
  3. When ready to list, I do the little things well, and it makes a huge difference - excellent and professional pictures, skilled listing presentation, verbally and visually telling the story of your home.
  4. Skilled marketing and negotiating throughout the process, to get you the best possible deal.
  5. Walk with you through the whole process myself, never handing you over to others, until the deal is done and you are satisfied.
